Just back from a week in Morzine, stayed with Flowmtb. Only injury was a few stick on stitches in my shin after a rock flew up :-0 didn't bother with leg armour till that point!! Good week, weather OK but not brilliant.

No we drove down, I think you shared the transfer with the other 4 in our chalet. Was it you we were talking to on the way to Champery?

It looks like a giant memorial (like those Park benches with the plaques on 'in memorium')!

Ampthill some of the trails are sweet but the braking ruts are quiet large and deep in places. We found some really buff singletrack but I've no pics of these as I couldn't bring myself to stop and take pics ๐Ÿ™‚

I didn't say that! I said I rode up or took the lift! I can't remember where the Col de Cou is but I doubt I rode it if it is longer than a mile or so! Thats what the lifts are for ๐Ÿ™‚

Col du cou is this one (warning: bizarre choice of Alpine steed content). I pushed my way up.

We rode about 50%. Perhaps would have managed more but were tired as it was day 6. Hard work.
