A couple of weeks ago my 2008 Recon 351 Solo Airs forks suffered (in my lay terms) a catastrophic failure.
I bought them from JE James in October 2009.
Contacted their customer service/returns team and sent them back.
This morning I receive a brand new pair of 2010 Recon Race Solo Air (120mm) ๐ฏ
This cannot be scoffed at for customer service.
Whilst comms were not great - every time I spoke with someone there they new what was going on etc. Perhaps it was just me being eager.
All credit to the folk at JE James - Thank you chaps and chappettes.
I will definitely be using you again. 
I should bloody hope so, if my forks were only 8 months old and ****ed up i'd want a new pair too.
Nowt but great service in the last year or so from the lads at JEjames and on there net ordering

There could have been many outcomes from this but the JE James chaps did a fine job.
