I recently needed to get my Fox Talas forks and RP23 shock serviced. The Talas had got a lot of stiction despite keeping them clean, and the Talas unit was having problems extending and shortening. The RP23 had lost some spirit, and it was sluggishly moving through its travel.
I thought I'd give J-Tech just outside Shrewsbury a try - they're not too far away from me in Ludlow, but I posted them up anyway.
Jim at J-Tech did a great job, and kept in touch by email and telephone to let me know he'd received everything, done the service and sent everything back.
Turnaround was fast, I sent the forks and shock off on the Monday and by Wednesday afternoon they were back with me, looking immaculate and working really well. To say they've brought my Turner Flux back to life would be an understatement really. Everything is working as it should again.
The Talas got a full service with new Enduro seals and oils, and the RP23 got new seals, oils, nitrogen and eyelet bushings.
Cost was £75 each and my new Spring spirit reckons it was money really well spent.
Well worth a look if you need some servicing or tuning.
