Want a solid steering, reliable set-and-forget fork to go with a steel hardtail.
Not too fussed about weight.

If going for the 2nd hand options - what's best - a Reba?
If new, are the RockShox Recon Silver TK Coil, currently £100 from 'On-One' any good?

Recons are good forks but I think the TK models have inferior damping and coil will be heavy

At that price I wouldn't look much further than a used Reba. You should get a good dual air for that cash! 🙂

I've got a 06 RockShox REBA SL set at 120mm travel, for sale at £120. Came off my trance, excellent forks, only got replaced as i got a good deal on new vanillas.
