Can anyone think of any 16" skinwalls? The only ones I can think of are the (possibly limited edition) Schwalbe Kojaks on Mr Millar's latest.
Want to get something 16x1.5ish, not too chunky, but not as slick as a Kojak, for Little Miss CFH's Early Rider.

Islabikes do some don't they? I know they do 20inch, might be worth checking to see if they do 16in. If not maybe veetyreco...
