Just open up on a laptop and fly around looking at the topography?
Also, anyone know of anywhere that'll sell a topographic map of a certain area.

You used to be able to do somethiing similar in Memory Map (you may still be able to) That had a topography view that you could overalay either the OS maps or a satalite image.

You can import the gpx into google earth and overlay an ordnance survey map. With google earth pro you can also export it as a video.
