Recently bought an Elite trainer, but I'm sure that the roller isn't quite round.
It seems that either the roller has a lump in it or the spindle is off centre through it.
Here's a [url=

of it. (hope the link works)

You can see the surface of the roller move closer and further away relative to the plastic housing.

Is it right or wrong?

Fit a Rotor ring and balance it out!?

No idea (and can't see the video at work), but sounds wrong.

Doesn't look round to me judging by the light reflecting from it.

Op sorry to hijack - that looks like an Elite Chrono Fluid?. I've just bought one and my resistance seems quite low compared to my prior mag trainer. I'm wondering if your experience is the same ? Fwiw I'm hitting 250-320w or 34-45kmph in 54/17 whereas I'd be at 54/21 and 25-31kmph on the Mag for the same power output.
