New saddle I’m after is much cheaper than anywhere else there inc. postage but not used before, seem to be Spain based, are they reliable/legit? Cheers

As above.. its been fine the two times ive used it..but the delivery is pretty slow..

(and both times came via MyHermes for the UK portion of the delivery here..)

the couple of tiny KS seatpost spares I ordered came in enormous boxes as well!

Well, the delivery was slow, the order got to me, but they sent the wrong goods. Then the problems started, trying to get a refund was like getting blood out of a stone. I ended up cancelling the payment, then they sent through details/paperwork to send it back.

Wiggle will price match them if it's any use.

I wouldn't.

They carry no, or next to no, stock. Delivery will be late,  communication will be non-existent and probably rude if it ever occurs.,

I'm with Flashy. Ordered something which was allegedly in stock as a present for Mrs Pz. Turned out not to be in stock.... for the next 4 months. Appalling communication (and no option to cancel order online). Ended out giving at as a present the following year, and vowing to tell anyone who'd listen how bad they are.

I wouldn't touch them with someone else's bargepole.

Sounds like an extreme version of Tredz.  😉

I asked Wiggle to price match them on some Saint brakes but they declined as did all the other price match companies.

They don't stock anything - long waits. Check online review sites - they are terrible. BikeINN, RunINN, etc.

Good news, Wiggle do have BikeINN on their list for price matching so after a webchat just got the saddle I wanted with £20 off to beat BikeINN advertised price. And says delivery by Monday. Thanks for all your help.

I am currently awaiting some ski bindings, bought from ski-inn while under the influence of alcohol and post-holiday optimism :durr:

Sweepstake on time to delivery, anyone ?

Didn't realise they had a reputation.  Ordered a windproof jacket a few weeks back and it arrived in 4 days so guess I was lucky.
