Probably a simple question, but I seem to be missing something.
I have an iPad and and iPhone. I
have set up the bookmarks in safari as I want them on the iPad.
I want I get the same ones onto the iPhone. But, when I ask it to get them from iCloud, I get a really old set of bookmarks - not the ones on the iPad.
What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like:
Either your iPad isn't synching the book marks that you've set up on it with the cloud so the iPhone is pulling the old ones from the Cloud.
Or your iPhone isn't syncing with the Cloud and so is using the old ones it has on it
