[Closed] Interweb/IT bods - how do I find out about who owns a website?

I want to find out as much as possible about a website, who owns it, where they live etc. I've seen people do it on here a lot and was wondering what websites you used to get the information.

Only bothered about publicly available information.

Unfortunately I can't tell you the website I am looking into.
