I fancy fitting a dropper to my carbon fs, there's no specific dropper routing, but there is routing through the head & down tube for a front mech (yes I know a FRONT MECH!!!).
For a cable operated dropper like the Giant Contact SL, would there be any issues taking the cable down the down tube, round the BB internally and up the seat tube?

No. If you can route the cable without kicking it then that's all a manufactured route would do.
