Is interference a problem with wireless computers...ie If I have a Cateye Micro Wireless thing and my mate does too then will they bugger one anothers readings/averages/odometers up?

lucky if the signal travels to your own handlebars IME - unless you're elbow to elbow I doubt it'd figure, even if they're on same band (which I guess they prob are)

They can only transmit over a certain distance. Normally 50cm's.

So it should be an issue.

most transmit 70cm (Cateye Strada, VDO C3...)

Interference shouldn't be a problem

Not sure it's quite that cut and dried. I was once sat at the start of a 10k timetrial and computer was showing about 5km/hr - reckon it was the guy behind me's HRM chest strap that I was picking up.

The only thing that interferes with Cateye cordless computers are high powered bike lights.
