Hi all
I've just got my 6.6 frame and am planning on getting it painted. I was planning on changing the pivot bearings etc when I re-build the frame. Where's the best place to get them from?
Has anyone used MB Bearings? ( http://mbbearings.co.uk/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=82 )
Is there anything I need to watch out for? Other bits to replace at the same time?
Cheers
Steve

I recently replaced the bearings on my 5.5. The LBS pulled the old bearings out, got the serial numbers off them, and ordered like-for-like from a bearing retailer.

If you're doing the bearings, bung new pivot bushes in there too, while you're at it

I got frame bearings from Keasae of the forum for my Iron Horse MkIII, a year and a half down the line and they are still good.

Here is a link to his ebay shop for bearings for your bike at worst you can compare prices with his.

I just bought bearings for my Giant, you can order them individually from http://www.akbearings.co.uk/ reasonably priced and quick delivery.
I ordered on Sunday night and using their standard delivery I got them this morning.
All your bearings should have the size and bore codes written on the rubber seals.
