Anyone fitted a Superstar T5 integrated headset?
Should I be installing the cartridge bearings into the frame cups dry? Or should I use a little grease or copperslip on the cup surfaces.
What are the 1'1/8 foil shims for and where do they go?
Should there be a seal around the crown race?
I have already asked Superstar these questions, but they just sent me generic fitting instructions and didn't tackle my specific queries.

I used some loctite bearing fit when I did mine - just to stop them spinning in the cups and wearing them.
shims are to allow you to space the top bit/cover of the headset so it doesn't catch on the top of the headtube.
