Bought a PNW Components Rover hip pack last year, and must say I like it, a lot. Anyhoooo mate says to me last weekend 'your water bottle is flopping about a lot' and on inspection its gone through on the seam. So Thurs early evening methinks let's see what the warranty is, lifetime it say's, not for me I think, never for me, but let's fill out the form anyway! Gets an automated reply that evening, thanks for reaching out and all that, then next morning on my Shop app, thanks for your purchase' what purchase? Looks on the order Rover hip pack £0.00 due for delivery by Fedex on wednesday!!! Excellent service PNW if I had some Haribo's they'd be in the post to you right now!!

I have been considering buying a PNW stem and bars so good to read their aftersales service is good.
I found dealing with PNW really easy when I was buying a dropper post and the item came from the states quicker then CRC can get stuff to me!
