I've got a Rocky Mountain Blizzard in 18", takes a 115mm fork nicely. But I was thinking of a change... how much ball park would I be looking at selling it for?

I'll give you a packet of choccy digestives that I have in front of me (unopened no less!) and a boots £5 gift voucher (also in front of me right now) if we're opening the bidding... 😉
On a serious note though, it's often hard to gauge values for items that are relatively rare. I'd look at what say Cotic Soul's sell for second hand, then base your value something around that perhaps.
