Today I bought a car...

Realistically speaking this will very likely mean that I ride less as I will now have the option to stick the kids in the car instead of the trailer and being lazy and work shy, it's a foregone conclusion that the car will often win..

But this also means that cycling will return to being primarily a leisure activity and I'll have a car.. so with that in mind and coupled with the fact that kids are at their grans for the night on Saturday, I've got the maps out for the first time in a long long while to mark the occasion..

At 3.30pm tomorrow I will be heading to Dartmoor, sleeping bag and bike in the back of the wagon ๐Ÿ˜€

Finished building this today and took it for a spin round Pitfichie and got lots of PB's on Strava. Unfortunately I have built it to sell it.

Off to ride Scolty Hill in Aberdeenshire tomorrow morning......it will be dry. This is a rare thing.

On Sunday I'm heading to Golspie.

It's gonna be a long weekend ๐Ÿ˜€

I've got four days off. Tomorrow is Ben Cleuch and other Ochil summits then getting back to see a friend's band play and celebrate his birthday. Sunday will be a er, recovery day and possibly some Pentlands. Monday I'm heading west to do the Five Ferries on the road bike and Tuesday I'm off up to Aviemore for Burma Road. Spring arrives and I go nuts.

I didn't bother with Scolty today, but did the Loch Muick circuit instead.

30 miles of dry Dales trails this morning. Apart from descending Stockdale Lane with my fork accidentally locked out, excellent fun. ๐Ÿ˜€
