Some good stuff in Windcutter woods above Lee bay & Cairn Top/Torrs park, they can be linked into a 10ish mile loop using some cheeky bits of the coast path but the climbs are huge!
The old railway line to Braunton has some good riding @ Spreacombe, Hidden Valley & out toward Saunton.
When are you down?

Myself and Snaps have a good local knowledge as do Southfork in Braunton. I also ride weekly on Exmoor using Brendon Common and surrounding areas. Riding is plentiful but always interlinked with minor road/lane stretches. Available to ride most days.

Not sure about the machinery in Windcutter, as I've not been out there since April but its here http://www.streetmap.co.uk/map.srf?x=248268&y=145392&z=120&sv=248268,145392&st=4&ar=y&mapp=map.srf&searchp=ids.srf&dn=636&ax=248268&ay=145392&lm=0
I've been to Snapper woods today, testing out my new build!

Quite interested in having a look around Spreacombe, Hidden Valley, is it the woods you ride in that area?

Enter North wood here http://www.streetmap.co.uk/map.srf?x=249382&y=140756&z=115&sv=249382,140756&st=4&ar=y&mapp=map.srf&searchp=ids.srf&dn=636&ax=249382&ay=140756&lm=0 follow the trail in to the quarrey & explore (loads of trails in Hook & Vyse woods)
Hidden valley woods entrance is here http://www.streetmap.co.uk/map.srf?x=249600&y=140527&z=115&sv=249600,140527&st=4&ar=y&mapp=map.srf&searchp=ids.srf&dn=636&ax=249600&ay=140527&lm=0 & follow towards the Foxhunters.
Eastern down & Wood lane is a good loop as well.
