and were the really kind guy who stopped to see if I was ok after I fell off spectacularly riding over a twig - thank you, and I'm really sorry I yelled at you like a four year old. In my defence, I thought you were my hubby, & he's contractualy obliged to put up with me being a whiney brat when I come off. Chivalry wasn't dead, but I may have bludgeoned it out of existence.
On the bright side, I did my first ever bunny (well, SPD, but I'm not fussy) hop, which has more than made up for the arm seeping pus all day!
