Identifying sliding dropout compatibility

Is there anyway to tell visually if particular dropout inserts will fit in a particular frame?

The ones below look like standard Paragon Machine Works insert type, but are marketed as Brother Cycles specific.

The frame I may want to fit them in (Sonder Broken Road) also looks to have Paragon dropouts, but again they are not advertised as such.

I actually have a Soma Wolverine with IRD dropouts, which doesn't officially take Paragon inserts, but unofficially, they are exactly the same -- so that's what I'm running. I wonder then if most sliding dropout inserts that look basically the same (which certainly isn't all of them) are indeed the same.
