Hi,
I bought some I-spec shifters from CRC and they have turned up without any cable outers and more annoyingly without any bolts or captive nuts. Is this normal? They're no use without them and I can't see them for sale separately.

You don't normally get cable outers with shifters - inners yes.
Bolts will definitely be an issue.

I just bought an ispec shifter from another online retailer, it came with inners and outers and also all the fixing attachments except for the actual clamping bolt :s luckily I had a spare M5 bolt kicking around so just used that.
