I've got the bolt and the dowel with a hole through it. It's the bit that looks like a mad candlestick I'm missing, so I've got a spoke nipple as a temporary fix right now...

I know I can buy all three bits for 7€, but that's a lot of cash for the one bit I need!

If it helps, It turns out the bolt is the same to thread as a brake rotor bolt. When my shifter fell off half way down tutti fruit in morzine and the guy in the bike shop fixed me up. Otherwise keep an eye out on eBay.
