just sent a frame to poland via parceltogo.com they did it for about £25 on offer with tnt. make sure it is traceable and signed for tho.

I posted a hardtail frame to Greece once via the Post Office. No problems and they got it there far cheaper than it would have been if I'd taken it myself.
