My Coil Uturn Lyriks are very poorly after today's ride so i need to strip them down. I've looked on the Sram site and they only have a guide for the 2 step Airs.
Anyone seen one for the uturns anywhere or at least what the oil measurement volumes are?

i downloaded the 2008 manual from the sram site, its got the lyrik coil u-turn in it, lyrik coil u-turn: right leg: upper leg, volume 112(cc/ml) oil wt 5: Lower leg: volume 15(cc/ml) oil wt 15: left leg: lower leg: volume 15(cc/ml) oil wt 15: if you give me your e-mail i'll mail the manual to you so you got it when required.
