Just replaced a BB30 and Shimano pressfit BBs and it was an absolute doddle. This kit was well worth the £70 it cost. Took me a couple of goes to figure out how the collet worked on the Shimano, but otherwise very straightforward.
I'll gloss over the brutality required to separate one of the inner races from the Next SL spindle to which it had welded itself...
