I've spent the last week working out how to do this, but I'm still trying to download people's GPS course from the STW Swinley ride to my Garmin (Forerunner) GPS. The GPS unit doesn't show maps, but I really don't care - just enough to point me in the right direction for the singletrack we rode.
Can anyone talk me through it? I've been messing around on Garmin Connect for frickin ages. Or alternatively, just email me the gpx file?!
