On the loose setting and I can onlu unclip towards the frame and not away?
Scaring the crap out of me when I stop!
Using shimano yellow cleats-thinking too much float or duck feet?

I use the same pedal/cleat combination as you and do not have this problem.
Is it both feet?
Do you have a loose cleat?

Yep both feet but cleats are solid on my shoes.
I have shimano mtb pedals and clip out ether way no probs but the road pedals I'm struggling.
I'm tempted to sell them and buy some LOOK pedals!
I have an old turbo trained that I might practise and adjust the cleat angle?
