Just felt the need to let you all know the great service I've just had from Chevin Cycles.

Ordered some tyres online the end of last week and they were out of stock, the guys tried to track some down for me but were being quoted at least 2 weeks. So, after a bit of too-in and fro-in of telephone calls/e-mails etc i finally decided on some replacement ones at 5pm on Wednesday but needed them for this weekend.

The tyres have just arrived by Fed-Ex (no charge for the extra carrier service from Chevin) and they have thrown in 2 spare inners for the delay as promissed.

Cheers to Liam @ Chevin Cycles for his help in sorting this out.

I now have my summer tyres in time for this weekends dry dusty trails on the South Downs ๐Ÿ˜ฏ ๐Ÿ™„ ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ˜‰

Why all that hassle just for some tyres? Could you have just used some different ones?

I had no idea correct tyres were so important! I just fit some and run them till the tread wears out or the sidewall splits ๐Ÿ™‚

The only things I ever think about regarding my tyres are, how much tread & how much air.
