Has anyone else had problems with Howies wool jumpers shrinking? I've washed a Howies Crank jumper three times. Cold handwash in a Miele washing machine. It was a medium. It now fits my two year old daughter. I've had wool shrink slightly before but this is ridiculous!

I have an old Howies nbl merino and its indestructible. Usually washed at 30 but has been in at 50 a few times. Best base layer I have ever had by a mile, incl icebreakers, Endura etc

I've had a lambs wool jumper shrink after a 30 wash from a medium to an extra small

Me too, I never bought another one. Its an expensive thing especially when you follow the washing instructions only for it to be unwearable.

Try contacting them about it, I had an issue resolved recently.

Never had any problems with howies cycling merino stuff. Not got any of their casual wear. Have had problems with other makes though.

Howies NBL and NBL light here. Best merino I've owned. No shrinkage.
