Whats the best/cheapest way?
Ive had a few quotes but they are in the hundreds. Is there a more cost effective solution? I'm looking for website and company recommendations.

I just used Parcel2Go, booked UPS standard. Cost about £25 with the VAT.
My limited knowledge of Spain leads me to understand that there are quite a lot of "remote" regions which seem to attract higher surcharges than UK Highlands / Islands, though.
I just shipped one to France. Parcel2go will give you the basic quote and the norm seemd to be about £25-£30 with £50 damage cover. Once you start adding the coverage for insurance for the value of the frame, you can easily add another £60 on top.
I sent the Parcel2go link to the buyer and gave him the repsonsiblity of arranging pick up and therefore letting him choose the level of coverage.
I looked at parcel2go, as I need do the same as the OP soon, but the dimensions were too big for them to accept. What size boxes are people using?
