No this is not one of those inanimate-object-love topics,
I have an old Marin Palisades rigid frame I want to sell, but I can't find any way to date it.
It's an older one, which I built into a commuter, but it was a little small for me.
1) How can I find the date/year of the frame,
2) what Dimensions should I supply for the advert ??
Don't worry - I will post the actual advert in the appropriate forum, but for now, I need help identifying it.
I will try and post pics later tonight.
Whats wrong with dating girls? - sorry.
Ask on www.retrobike.co.uk contact ATB sales (importer) or post a picture here
google marin palisades 19?? and keep changing the year, look in images until you see one the same.
you could always try sending Marin customer service an email with the serial no. and see if they can help
The scanned catalogues on Retrobike are always useful for this sort of thing.
Thanks Jonathan,
We have a winner it's a 1993.
Also for future reference. bikepedia is quite decent
Ok - So what dimensions do I need to list ?
