Anyone know what its like there at the mo? Or the dark peak as that is another option for the weekend?

I rode Cannock Chase on the way to a meeting yesterday morning (I love my Job).
Its a bit cut up and a bit of standing water in places. But okay for most of it. Enjoyed it. Couple of bits our closed, notably the section 2 to 3 at the start. Only took me 40(ish) minutes. Didn't see another sole, nice.

Just got back from FtD.
Has suffered a bit but given the use it gets its held up pretty well.
Sections 2 & 12 are closed. Sections 6 & 13 are in a bad way. The rest is ok, in fact section 14 was giving almost summer like grip this morning.

FTD holds up pretty well regardless of the weather,but the rest of the Chase is suffering a bit with all the extra traffic it now gets & the last 6 months of constant rain hasn't helped either 🙁
