I decanted to High Five energy gels into a gel flask for Sundays club road ride but it turned out to be half the distance of the last so they weren't required.
They were cheap but I hate waste so is it a case of safe to eat if no visible mould or is that a bad idea?

I have done something similar on a few occasions and have used left over drink/gels a few days later after being kept chilled in the fridge and have never had any problems, so IMO you would be OK to use!

Gels, I reckon will be OK. Energy drink on the other hand...12hours in a bottle and it turns rancid!
