I need to fill in the warranty form PDF from chain reaction. How do you fill it in ? I download the warranty form PDF but I click on the parts I need to fill in and it doesn't do anything.

Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader and click "Fill & Sign"

Print and scan is what i did, not ideal. Second time I didn’t have access to a scanner so printed, completed it and took a photo of the form on my phone which they accepted.
