Do you mean rattling around in the double wall or stuck in it ?
With patience... and cocktail sticks worked for me!
Shakey, shakey.......
I do shakey then use a spoke to catch it on but gotta watch out for swarf if your sorta underneath it looking up ...
don't want alloy in yer eye 🙁
rattling around
I usually bang it on the floor, and shake it at all sorts of angles for about 5 mins, then say "!"£$%^&* it.", and put it to one side, at which point it normally just falls out.
coatesy
tried that several times, still stuck!
I just rebuilt my front wheel, super fast, tubeless went up first time. First ride out. Rattle rattle like spoken dokeys. Really annoyed, but when you are riding you can't actually hear it over the trail.
I normaly get them to shake out through the valve hole.
With a blob of silcone !,turn the wheel till the nipple hits the silcone, let it dry ,no more annoying noise !.. Simples ..
Lots of shaking and a cable tie
Blob of grease on a toothpick, shake until nipple hits it, then maneuver it out.
Vaccum cleaner positioned on valve hole and shake?
I done this recently building a pair of nexties, gave the angry shake a go to no avail.
Ended up taping up all the holes bar one, shoogle it so the nip was roughly around the uncovered hole then henry hoover done the rest!
Cut it in half.
Oh, you want to reuse the rim?
If in doubt,
suck it out!

Stick a spoke through the hole and shake the wheel till the nipple comes round and gets stopped by the spoke. Pluck it out with a pair of tweezers.
Shoogle it out .
In the end it was shaking and lots of patience
In the end it was shaking and lots of patience
I think might have that on my headstone.
I had an emergency wheelbuild , lbs lost a nipple in there couldn't get it out, but I was in a rush, planned to work it out when i got hom, tied it on the back of the trailer, (I was on the nursery run), rode a few km back to nursery, got the kids, by the time I'd cycled home (5km) it'd worked itself out
