Hilariously, I got 3 points from my XC race at the weekend which now shows on the BCF site. Does this mean that if I get more than 10 points from my XC stuff, I automatically become a 3rd Cat roadie? Or does it not work like that?

MTB points are different although BC sometimes randomly handout road promotions based on MTB points. (There may be rules about this somewhere but I'm not sure how consistently they are applied)
