Crikey my bike is only just a rig then and very nearly a sled. Does this mean that according to the spirit of STW agreement I can refer to it as a rig without getting chastised?

There was a bloke who used work in the wee bike shop at the Mabie trail head, had a DH bike liek the one above, but on 24" wheels, 3.0 Nokian tyres, massive forks, BMW pedals, crazy looking thing. I was fascinated with it. Must have been a pig to ride, mind.

My Bike came with a sticker from the factory that says" Burly Iron" and i way 110k so i reckon together me and my Steed are a "Burly unit"

Agreed, gnarpoon is awesome. Still don't know what one is though. Maybe its down to the amount of chain devices/sprockets (not cogs) fitted in the drivetrain. Look at Josh Benders bike above - there's 7 - including the cassette, mech jockey wheels, chain devices, chainring and another sprocket (not cog) of some sort above the chainring. > 5 = gnarpoon maybe (obviously it also has to comply with the rig and sled requirements)
