Interesting stuff!
Kinda nulls the importance of aero wheels at all though, given such a tiny difference they seem to make. At least in comparison with other much cheaper gains.

So in answer to your question an aero is more aero then a yorkie.

Have a search for the article about the testing done by the MIT cycling club members. They reckoned that the gain from not wearing mitts was equivalent to the advantage provided by a fancy set of aero wheels.
Some people spend a fortune on expensive gear, and neglect the obvious, cheap things. How many people have you seen riding thousands of pounds worth of kit, with their race number loosely fixed to their back and forming a nice parachute? Worth investing in a few extra safety pins before buying a Cervelo P5!
just shave all your body hair and ride naked with the number written on your back with a marker ๐
