Ive removed the freehub from the axel, but the two bearings, circlip and spacer and well and truly seized. I've had it in a vice and hit the bearings from various angles but nothing is moving...
I've tried heating it up and hitting with a hammer and bolt from various directions...
Any ideas? (its not been services for 8 years so it's pretty stuck!)

Are you doing them one at a time? move the spacer to the side and go at the outside bearing first.. Then the circlip out and the inner one.
If you've got a long socket then you can get purchase on the inner ring of the outer bearing and try squeezing it out with a vice.
