Its pretty much a choice of whether you prefer the battery inside or out they're both terrific lights from british companies that both give great customer service. i choose the exposure cos of the internal battery (no wires)and have been very pleased with the service etc imo of course g

Hope vision 4 here, good light, but wish I'd gone for the exposure as I get hacked off with the battery rattling around rubbing the anodising off my stem!

my 09 Hope has a rubber pad on the battery, shaped to fit under the stem - solid as a rock.

another very happy exposure Maxx-D user here - it's seen daily use for nearly a year and not missed a beat.

Got the Hope because you can wear it on your helmet too. There's not a lot in it performance wise.

I had an Enduro Maxx, which i loved, but just cashed it in for a 3500 lumen Troutlight.

If i was buying mainstream, i wouldnt hesitate to buy the Exposure though, still running a joystick and redeye from them.

Great product, no faff, very polished and makes a great torch when you cant find your gloves ๐Ÿ˜‰ Most professional looking product on the market. Price is high, but so's the quality.

Also ran mine for over two years regularly, and the battery life was just as good last weekend on its last ride as it was on the first.

I switched from the Vision 4 to the Maxx D because of the battery. I much prefer having it all in one.

Neither, i'd go with the Lupine Tesla. Much better throw and beam colour.
Mount it on the helmet and stuff the battery in the Camelbak.

You can look at the beam patterns here too
