But it doesn't actually state that does it?
31.8mm is pretty much standard these days, but if you dont quote the standard standard dimensions that you are selling as standard, how will the punter hope to know?

The select fit button only does "standard". No other options. The 10deg stem is 110mm only. No option of clamp size.

OS 31.8mm is now "the standard" as most of us will agree. 25.4mm is old Skool skinny.

Really Halfrauds have got a couple left at he back of the shelf, can't be arsed to stick them on their website properly. And Hope won't supply any more because Halfrauds discounted everything else so heavily it cheapened the brand.*

*Allegedly. ๐Ÿ˜‰

These are 25.4mm unfortunately.

Interestingly if you try to get to the Hope website using .co.uk instead of .com it redirects to the Halfords site! Someone is clearly being a bit cheeky!

I thought some chap from Hope said the reason for them pulling out of Halfords was that Halfords started demanding they got the stuff cheaper so Hope called there bluff and Halfords went home crying?

Hope didn't want to devalue their gear and didn't want to let Halfords put the squeeze on LBS's (who couldn't demand a discount) so were happy enough to let them go.

I was told by a reliable source that Halfords were demanding lower prices but Hope didn't want Halfords undercutting LBS' and dedicated bicycle suppliers so told them where to go. Halfords then discounted all of their sizable existing Hope stock by 60% in retaliation, hence the crazy deals on Hoops etc in Jan/Feb.
