Will the hope pro 4 hub (Shimano) accept a 5800 105 11 speed cassette

I believe all the new Hope hubs will take an 11 speed road cassette and you need a spacer to fit the MTB one. Not sure exactly when that change was made though. I have a niggling suspicion it was after the Pro 4 was initially available.

Yes. Just don't use the included spacer.
