I fancy doing the classic figure of 8 today - Hope, Roman road, Beast, Rowlee, (Lockerbrook), up the fire road, Hagg Farm and back
I know Lockerbrook is a waste of time now - is there another decent descent to negate that section?

I hope it wasn’t as busy as when I went out. What’s wrong with folk? They should be in Les Gits, Spain, Whistler, or “The Lakes”.
We all know that climate change isn’t real now so I’ve no problem with people flying off somewhere else, anywhere else just not where I ride!

I still quite like lockerbrook. Not as good as it once was but still fun

Yeah, now a very fast fun easy blast. But on busy shared trails, that speed is not always a good thing. I now avoid it at weekends.
