As title really - it's a Pro 2 Evo freehub, and the outer-most bearing's pretty rough. Hopes Hub strip down video includes the rather off-hand 'while you've got the hub apart why not knock out the freehub bearings and check them..' comment, but looking at the exploded view, the inner bearings are 26mm dia whilst the outer one's 28mm dia.
Will I have to knock the whole stack out (from the inside out), or is it possible to push the spacer between the bearings over enough to allow use of a punch to just take out the outer bearing? Cheers in advance.

Yes. Move the spacer. It's not possible to drive the whole lot through, there's a lip in the shell.
