are hope evo hubs compatible will all the 3 cassettes?

Yes. All current ones will also accept an 11spd road cassette as standard.

BUT, only the Sram PG1130 cassette will fit on the standard Shimano freehub, anything else from Sram and you'll need the XD driver.
All Shimano 11spd cassettes will be okay though
