what can I say.... 5yr old pro 2 cracked flange..posted last thursday....new one arrived today.. no quibbles...
Great customer service = happy and repeat customer......

hmmm little harsh IMO....my TI glides, original mini's are still going strong and this is the only pro2 out of 3 that I have that has gone wrong... although the hope mechanical that I gave to a friend 10 yrs ago has just died after 17yrs....
