Given they don't make centre lock rotors, which ones work with Hope brakes, or is it just best to use an adaptor?

Anything as long as it's the same diameter - I just use whatever's cheap on CRC 😉

Any centre lock disc will work, just make sure you use the right caliper adaptor for the diameter of disc.

And make sure the braking surface isn't too small for the pad or you may start braking on the rotor spines. Not quite as clear cut as just buy the right diameter ime 🙂
