My Hope 4 Led was knocked off a shelf onto a concrete floor when we were broken into and stopped working. E-mail to Hope on Monday, sent on Tuesday, returned on Thursday repaired with a new circuit board free of charge.
I have been buying Hope stuff for years now and never needed any back up as never had any problems. Feel even happier buying another set of wheels 🙂
If more companies took hopes approach to customer service then people would see the benefit of buy british.
I have never needed to send owt back to them, but the knowledge that I could keeps me buying their products.
I had a TI Glide hub a few years ago & it was 3yrs old when the axle broke, had a new axle within 3 days, FOC. I only use Hope hubs & brakes.

+1, I can only praise the lengths they go to to keep us lot happy. Will continue to buy hope whilst they keep up current levels of customner service.
