I've converted a rear Pro II SS hub to a 10mm bolt up.
The conversion went ok, no problems using all the proper Hope tools however when I'm fitting the wheel and tightening the bolts up the wheel is stiff and dosent spin freely to the point where I cannot use the wheel. Once the bolts are slackend off (a lot) the wheel spins.
Ideas or any similar expereinces?

Not spoke to them yet, thought I'd better check and see if there was something I missing first.

from memory there is a drive side spacer that goes between the hub body bearing and the freehub, are you sure you have fitted it? I believe it has symptoms such as yours
