I've just bought a garage with a house. Got six bikes to store, and I subscribe to the x = n + 1 philisophy. Need to sort storage, want to hang bikes from front wheel on hooks along a wall, hooks either fixed to the wall, or build up some kind of rack. What have you all got? Pearls of wisdom/ideas/suggestions? Can you show me any plans/pictures/youtube tutorials?

Got some steel bar, and flat plate from my work, bent bar into hooks, welded to plates and drilled two holes in each. Screw n raw plug to wall. Works a treat. Or you can buy some but as I also needed 6, I didn't fancy the expense.
Put mine in the garage roof joists. You might want to alternate front back to get more in. Also think about where you might want to put ground anchors.
